This reduced Compliance Assurance Fee is offered as a one-time special exception under BIM360 Tech’s Access Equity and Professional Development Initiative.
The reduced plan supports users who demonstrate financial need, educational enrollment, or professional apprenticeship status under a verified organization or corporate framework.
This exception ensures that qualified users can maintain full Autodesk and Bluebeam access under managed compliance, while promoting inclusion and equitable participation across the BIM and AEC technology ecosystem.

• Continuous audit and renewal monitoring through one complete license cycle
• Secure refund processing upon completion of the compliance term
The Compliance Assurance Fee will be refunded via direct ACH transfer once the one (1) year compliance term has been successfully completed, provided that the user remains active and in good standing throughout the period.
Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method after BIM360 Tech verifies full compliance and no record of misuse, suspension, or administrative action during the term.
This program is available only to:
• Verified users under corporate sponsorship, apprenticeship, or academic enrollment
• Professionals in early-stage career development or under low-income programs
• Participants approved through BIM360 Tech’s verification process or a recognized partner institution
Each user is subject to approval under BIM360 Tech’s compliance and verification standards.
This special exception is non-renewable unless formally extended in writing by BIM360 Tech.
This Access Equity Plan does not alter or waive the standard terms of the User Licensing Agreement.
All users remain bound by Autodesk, Bluebeam, and BIM360 Tech compliance, reporting, and data policies for the duration of the managed account.
Violations or misuse may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility and suspension of account privileges.
